Studio Policies
At Cristal Minaya & Co., we are committed to providing every guest with a relaxing, professional, and personalized experience. Please review the information below before your appointment.
Before Your Appointment
To ensure your visit runs smoothly, all required intake and consent forms must be completed before your scheduled appointment. These forms, along with our complete studio policies, will be provided after booking.
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to get settled before your service begins.
Before- & After-Hours Appointments:
Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are available by approval only and are subject to a $50 convenience fee in addition to the service price.
Children & Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment room.
Because our studio is located inside SOMA Fitness, childcare may be available through the SOMA Kids Club during your appointment. We recommend contacting SOMA Fitness directly for current availability, hours, pricing, and enrollment requirements.
